Bal Group were approached by one of Europe’s leading radiator manufacturers to produce a radiant heating panel. The company wanted to expand their current portfolio of products and had heard of BAL Group’s expertise in this area.
With Bal Group’s knowledge of the thermal management of aluminium products we were able to design a new product which was even more efficient than the customer’s design and thermal performance requirements.
BAL’s new design uses 20% less energy to achieve the required heating output and as a result gives the customer a competitive edge in the market place. The energy saving solution not only succeeds in delivering a cost saving to the end user but is a more environmentally solution.
In addition, the new product which is used in public spaces e.g. government buildings and hospitals, provides a space saving alternative to wall mounted radiators as it is ceiling mounted.
