Spanning 3 decades, BAL Group has become a leading global manufacturer of standard aluminium heatsinks, custom heatsinks, aluminium extrusions and aluminium fabrication.
We are delighted to announce that from 1st February this year, Dean Waldron has joined the BAL Group commercial team as a Senior Sales Executive for our aluminium heatsink division.
Dean benefits from prior knowledge of the business having joined the company at 16 years of age as an apprentice on the shop floor.
During his time at BAL Group, Dean has worked in various departments within the company and gained valuable insight into BAL Group, whilst also building his knowledge of the various market sectors – aluminium fabrication, aluminium extrusion and aluminium heatsinks.
Recently, Dean approached the management team to see if there was an opportunity on the commercial side of the business, envisaging his career with the company.
Having undergone both internal and external training to thoroughly deal with the thermal requirements of our range of aluminium heatsinks, Dean has transferred his skills and knowledge to a role predominantly dealing with our extruded aluminium heatsink sector while also taking a role producing technical drawings within the business.
Dean explains, “I enjoy working with people; creating relationships and gaining trust on the value of what we do.”
