In 2025, BAL Group decided to develop a range of copper busbars. This decision followed discussions with several customers who had previously bought aluminium heatsinks from the company and had reported challenges in sourcing a reliable supplier of copper busbars.

After working closely with Birmingham Chamber of Commerce, BAL Group’s bankers and focussing on website and social media platform performance, BAL group can confirm in 2025 it increased its export sales to the thermal management market for both aluminium heatsinks and copper busbars by 300%.  This positive trend continues in 2026. 

BAL Group Invests in Quality Initiative

The warehouse in our centrally located, Birmingham manufacturing facility, was aware of the need to speed up the good’s inwards inspection process, prior to onward shipping to the machine shop and cutting rooms.
