BAL Group Develops Range of Copper Busbars

In 2025, BAL Group decided to develop a range of copper busbars.

This decision followed discussions with several customers who had previously bought aluminium heatsinks from the company and had reported challenges in sourcing a reliable supplier of copper busbars.

Thanks to BAL Group’s esteemed reputation in the aluminium heatsink market, a number of customers were willing to consider them as a supplier of copper busbars, a product that was entirely new to them.

Following the discussions, BAL Group fulfilled its commitment, which necessitated investing in a range of copper stock and machinery to satisfy customer demands.

As 2026 continues, BAL Group’s previously modest expectations have been more than exceeded and they continue to see growth in their customer base.

Additionally, since starting the venture, BAL have developed new customers of their copper busbars, who have also been converted into new customers of BAL’s range of aluminium heatsinks.
